I love fields like this, Bill, that are allowed to grow wild...until the wildflowers are gone. They do that here every Spring.

Prior to the patio on my rear garden. I used to refer to the patches of weeds as "a wildflower meadow". Now I have to seek such pleasures away from home.
Bill Phillips: You were ahead of your time, as always, Alan. Now it is considered the right thing to plant weeds.
Wildflower meadows produce a variety of different flowers.
