Elle est superbe et bien mise en valeur sur le tissu blanc.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Martine. It is an old bed sheet!
It is very attractive Bill.
Bill Phillips: I think so Frank
It's very pretty - and I really like your still life set up!
Bill Phillips: The set up is an old sheet draped over the garden bench grin

It actually is charming. Presumably it's not worth a great deal?
Bill Phillips: No, and certainly not in the condition it is in now. Is is quite old and must once have been part of a very fine tea service

It is a lovely thing, I do agree. Quite old, too.
Bill Phillips: Early 20th century if I remember correctly
It's beautiful, Bill. I can imagine how lovely it was to use for both you and Ange.
Bill Phillips: I think the tea tasted better Ginnie smile

A very lovely thing indeed! Did you repair the handle? It could have been at the "Mad Tea Party" with Alice ...
Bill Phillips: I did but we wouldn't risk using it again

It is a wonderful thing Bill. Norma would have been proud to own this one. Have you tried glue.
Bill Phillips: Yes but I didn't like the taste

I glued the handle back on but wouldn't risk using it agin
Making tea a special occasion, Bill smile It is a fine pot and nicely presented here!
Bill Phillips: We used to enjoy using it. I would have loved to have had the whole set!

I think this teapot and the whole set that belonged to it would make quite the entrance on the tea-party once long time ago. Too bad the handle broke (to be never used again) I would not trust the glue either) I so love the decorations.
Bill Phillips: I think the tea tasted better from this pot!

From Acorn Antiques ....?
Bill Phillips: No Mrs Overall
When the handle breaks it can become a beautiful pot for a plant. It is very pretty.
Bill Phillips: I was able to glue it back on and it sits on top of a bookcase now with Wednesday's teapot
It might be unusable now but it makes a very fine ornament, I'm sure Maureen would keep it as such.
Bill Phillips: It sit's on top of a bookcase with Wednesday's teapot, which is my favourite

The english holy grail. "Shall I pour?"
Bill Phillips: If I never had another cup of coffee I wouldn't bother, but without my morning cup of tea I would wither away grin

It is rather splendid. It’s a good while since a made pot of tea at home; I’m afraid I just dangle a teabag in a cup these days.
Bill Phillips: How could you Alan? grin
