C'est étrange mais photogénique.
Bill Phillips: It is a wonderful building
A thousand lines! Nicely seen!
Bill Phillips: Thanks E. Sadly we weren't't able to go into the museum but maybe one day

The moment this opened I knew where this is. You did a great job with the B&W, Bill.

Lots of lines, shapes and shadows here. It works well in B&W.

That cage in the middle reminds me of those that they used to hoist nekked girls up in the air, at parties.

Great study in light and lines.
Bill Phillips: I never went to any parties like that /Louis

A very impressive, modern entrance of this old, famous museum - fascinating!
Bill Phillips: I would like to be able to actually go inside one day. It wasn't possible on the day we were there

This looks crazy Bill, but I’m sure it makes sense when you’re there.
Bill Phillips: Yes it does Chad
I went in there in 1966 but being only 21, and with a bunch of lads, didn't really appreciate what the place was and what we saw on the walls.
Bill Phillips: It has had a huge makeover which dragged on for years and had only just reopened when we were there
I visited the ijmuseum in 1977 during my first multiple country trip.

Don't remember this exhibit/artwork.
Bill Phillips: This is part of the new entrance Alan. The museum was closed for several years and had only just reopened when we were there in 2013
I am enjoying ot too. Very impressive lines.
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly Care
thi is a magnificent display of light and angles Bill... this would put Larry into a tailspin....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Thanks Peter. I hope Larry sees it
Wow - I don't recall seeing that bit of the building!
Pretty spectacular. It was closed when we visited, but they had a small area open to show their highlights.
