This is a nice cheerful window, hopefully things will gradually return to something like a state of normality

I am following the science as I write this and drinking strong coffee
Bill Phillips: I have had my morning cup of tea and consumed a bowl of cornflakes with some nuts and fruit and am looking forward to seeing my family from a safe distance later this morning

a fun shop - I like the owl - we have now already almost a state of normality - the people have not changed in their habit ...
Bill Phillips: I don't think people here trust the government any longer so I am not sure how things are going to go
Is yours there, Bill? I have to admire people who can draw like this.
Bill Phillips: Haha no. So do I

Each of the pictures would make a fine jigsaw puzzle; a far better occupation that just wandering round window shopping.
Bill Phillips: Very true. I like window shopping...just don't much care for actually going in
Not yet for a while - cases are still running about 8,000 a day!
Bill Phillips: I might brave our local garden centre on Tuesday if it isn't packed
Not yet for a while - cases are still running about 8,000 a day!
Bill Phillips: Yes I have no intention of doing much shopping.
This is a great window to look into with the caricatures that are features..
Bill Phillips: It was an interesting shop. I hope it survives
There's some interesting things in that window,, we are going to stay clear of shopping centres for the time being. Other than groceries we have spent very little since March, a short readers letter in our newspaper said "Is five weeks to the gallon a new record?"
Bill Phillips: I haven't bought any petrol since the 13th of March and the tank is still half full, and being a Skoda Citigo the tank is not very big. We actually had a walk in the town yesterday evening for the first time since this whole thing kicked off. I bought myself a Wacom graphics tablet as a birthday present to myself and we have had to have a new satellite dish as ours died. Apart from that we are the same as you
it's a great collection of caricatures in that window Bill....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Isn't it? Someone is clearly very clever!
