They are just flowers in the wrong place, not weeds...Good shot Bill, always a good subject.
Bill Phillips: As are all weeds. It has been a good year for daisies as well!
I agree with you and Frank! This is beautifully sharp!
Bill Phillips: Thanks E. The original looks even sharper

And it saves you having to dig them up, Bill. This is a startling insight into a dandelion clock
Bill Phillips: That is a serious bonus Lisl
Gotta love the details, Bill, and that it feeds the bees!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ginnie. I have become keen to encourage insects. Not too sure about wasps thoughgrin

Wonderful details here, Bill and I did not know that they feed the bees.
Bill Phillips: They flower early so are useful to early emerging bees ...apparently. Anyway they are a lovely yellow and the clocks are rather beautiful too

Cracking detail, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Alan. I am really pleased with the 60mm Fuji lens
Dandelion heads are always so fascinating and challenging to capture in so much detail. Lovely.
Bill Phillips: They are a happy reminder of childhood too Sheila

I used to believe that when I was young. When it showed the wrong time I always assumed it was my fault for not blowing correctly.
Bill Phillips: You were right Chad.
Such a beautiful picture, Bill! smile
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much Martinsmile
They also pose so beautifully for photographers! BEAUTIFUL!
Bill Phillips: They do indeed Care!
Actually Maureen did blow the time with one of these when we were out walking on Saturday, it was 4.15. A fine shot the centre section is really sharp.
Bill Phillips: I didn't know they were that accurate Brian! I am pleased you have noted that as I was concentrating on that being s sharp as posible

Bill Phillips: They do indeed Tom
Beautiful. You've done well to get one of these bloody things in focus. I can't!
