This is one of Fowler's eleven 7F 2-8-0s built for the Somerset & Dorset railway, all shedded here in Bath. They were built to haul freight over the steeply graded Mendip hills and sometimes, in days of yore, passenger trains too. Two survive..
Bill Phillips: Very good but do you recognise the other horse in the picture? You have seen it in person
HAHAHA. The more you stare at it, the better you see it. So creative, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ginnie. Fun to do!

I see the Iron Horse. Very clever done, Bill and I like it. (It reminds me of such an intelligence test, "what do you see in this picture" and then the person who studied the subject knows by my answer what character I have.... wink )
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you like it Astrid. I am spending some of my time in confinement trying to learn photoshop.

Bill Phillips: I have no idea what a Banford horse is Louis. I wonder how many I could combine?
