Jolies jonquilles, j'aime le mélange des deux couleurs.
Bill Phillips: I like the two colour varieties too Martine
This is very nice Bill .
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you think so Frank

Tis the season! I just posted some daffodils and more tomorrow. This is a lovely image. I love the soft tones and blur.
Bill Phillips: I have just seen your picture Beth. Daffodils are a delight and we can't have too many pictures of them!
I really love the bright light, Bill! Unmistakable melody!
Bill Phillips: It is said of Vivaldi that he didn't write over 500 concertos he wrote the same one 500 times! Apart from the 4 seasons I suspect most of us would struggle to name another of his works

Very nice and cheering. Is this a new effect from the twiddle box?
Bill Phillips: Not really just a bit of softening and vignette

Oh very nice, too. Less is more, as they say, and that's right in this case.
Bill Phillips: I am most gratified by your observation Alan

Oh, an homage to the spring - a wonderful image with all the daffs.
Bill Phillips: They are the most cheering of flowers Philine

This is gorgeous Bill, one of my favourite flower pictures. I think I shall likey it. I went off the Four Seasons having heard so much of it, especially on wedding videos.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Chad. The 4 seasons is as hackneyed as the Surrpise symphony by Haydn became....it has long since ceased to be surprising, although I do still like it. The 4 seasons tends to just get on my nerves
I like the way you've presented this Bill. I like the Four Seasons but after sitting for ages listening too it while waiting for somebody to answer a phone it has got rather tiresome to listen to these days.
Bill Phillips: It has been very overused
Hi Bill, just read your reply to Elizabeth, I'd be surprised if you didn't know this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvZYhxT5Mf8 I fortunately had the opportunity to perform it a couple of times when I was in a local choir.
Bill Phillips: I have to confess that I don't know it!
Au printemps Bill... beautiful flowers jumping through my screen....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Daffs are a sure sign that winter is over!

Bill Phillips: This was actually from last year. Mind you the garden is full of daffs right now and will be for a bit longer
