An odd collection of things, with a mysterious elongated dish
Bill Phillips: The world needs more elongated dishes

Oh, the Chinese figure is part of the lamp; I thought it was separate at first.
Bill Phillips: Not much gets past you Alan

I am of the same thinking as Chris
Why 3a?
Bill Phillips: Because I numbered incorrectly and had two threes so rather than chase all of them I just changed this one to 3a

I suspect we are more comfortable today, Bill
Bill Phillips: I could get used to this level of discomfort Lisl grin

This looks like one of the cheaper rooms.
Bill Phillips: For unimportant guests ....that would be people like us I imagine
A nice combination of light sources Bill. A most attractive photo is the result. ( I hope that doesn't sound pretentious smile )
Bill Phillips: I would never accuse you of sounding yet alone being pretentious Frank
Another fine shot inside this interesting house. My ageing Olympus won't get anywhere near ISO3200.
Bill Phillips: The Fuji does pretty well at iso6400 too
The Fuji is great in low light, isn't it?
Bill Phillips: It is brilliant

Seriously attractive image here, William.
Bill Phillips: Much appreciated old chum
I took my elongated dish down yesterday and polished up for upcoming use.

I find the oriental lamp a little odd here but I suppose treasures from another land were proudly displayed.
Bill Phillips: The lamp is fun but I do rather like the dish
