I would find it easy to be enthusiastic about motor cycles.
Bill Phillips: My niece and her husband certainly are. I used to hanker after having a bike but I don't now
Nice catch!! Are those bikes kind of small??
Bill Phillips: There were a number of small bikes. The green Triumph was a proper road bike but like cars they were not as big or covered in all sorts of streamlining

They are all quite different yet very much the same, if you don’t understand what I mean.
Bill Phillips: The principle is the same. Two wheels and an engine

and only men - why?
Bill Phillips: There were ladies Philine. My niece is a biker along with her husband!
local version of a HAWGS club?

Not so HELL's ANGELS
Bill Phillips: Motorcycle enthusiasts who have restored old bikes.
Sorry but me being me the bikes are what catches my eye, I don't recall ever seeing a green Triumph but I do like the little BSA C15, mostly they came in red, but what is a Japanese machine doing in among all these lovely old British bikes.
Bill Phillips: They have become collectors items too. There was a lovely Yamaha which you will see in a couple of days. I think the Triumph might have been a Meriden one. My brother had tiger 90which was gold and white as I recall
