What a lovely sky show, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ray. It was a great sky to take snaps of
The man himself would be proud of this one Bill. The detail in that cloud is great.
Bill Phillips: It was a great sky!
Magnifique noir et blanc avec ce beau ciel
Bill Phillips: It was a wonderful sky that evening Martine
Dark and moody!
Bill Phillips: Just like Mr Shaw grin

I spy Butlitz..
Bill Phillips: Indeed. I find it rather photogenic from a distance
Dark and moody, indeed. Mick will be pleased.
Bill Phillips: Well he hasn't complained.....

The carbuncle of the Butlitz tent grabs the eye. I look beyond to the Quantocks.
Bill Phillips: compared to the prison camp that it used to be the tent does not offend my eye Alan (I stayed at Butlitz in 1964!)
And with a Fuji camera.
Bill Phillips: But of course.

Great silhouettes in the far end and I love the dark mood here, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Lady P. I hope you get your hard drive sorted out

This is really good Bill, you have made Minehaed look serious and dramatic. The clouds and the light have worked perfectly to make this town the highlight of your picture.
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly Chad. I feel I have not toiled in vain

The blackdog would be proud of this one. Likey for me.
Bill Phillips: Thanks very much Louis
I like the way you've dealt with this Bill, it would get panned in a club because of the halo line above the hills on the horizon, but so what, who cares, we all like it.
Bill Phillips: That is why I don't go to a club grin

Very impressive, those pointy buildings in the middle look quite surreal.
Bill Phillips: That is Butlins Anne
What a dramatic image in B&W, Bill. You've done yourself proud.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Beverly. Pleased you like it
Very atmospheric!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Tom.......It was meant to be grin

it feels completely different like this

the structures look like tents
Bill Phillips: They sort of are tents Sherri
Some skies are a treat in b/w and this one is! Love it.
