Ooo, it feels like film

love this
Bill Phillips: Thanks Sherri smile
Jolie vue avec la grande roue qui se détache sur le ciel.
Bill Phillips: The London eye has become a very popular site.

So sad to see the fire at Notre Dame. I think all our thoughts will be with our French friends today
i love this in b/w, Bill. a gull has just managed to sail into your frame.
Bill Phillips: He was probably flying to keep warm Ayush grin

Nice choice, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ray
It looks bleak Bill.
Bill Phillips: It was and it got bleaker!
Very good, Bill - not the usual London shot!
Bill Phillips: It wouldn't make a tourist brochure

I'm glad you fixed your exposure meter. This is better!
Bill Phillips: Most people liked my high contrast image yesterday.

I see you trawled the tourist route
Bill Phillips: Yes but we gave up when it went from merely cold and grey to wet

Now this one I do like. A fine composition and the contrast shows the water really well.
Bill Phillips: I am delighted you like this snap

The streets look to be flooded. Ah.. no, that's the river. I think you should combine your resources with those of Chad and produce an alternative tourist guide which would hopefully deter some of hordes that we get.
Bill Phillips: It is easy to make most places look dreadful

You have made it look very damp, Bill - quite atmospheric
Bill Phillips: It was and not long after this it got a lot damper!
B&W really brings home the feeling of the weather - nice one, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Tom. It was a miserable afternoon!
I think you've captured the atmosphere very well going by your replies to earlier comments, the wheel looks great against that sky, as for those tall buildings, they look b***dy awful!
Bill Phillips: Yes they are not some of London's finest. The weather went very miserable but the exhibition of McCullin's photographs made it all worthwhile!
a great image in b&w Bill... your treatment makes the damp after noon look like it is darker....petersmile
Bill Phillips: It was pretty gloomy by the time I took this Peter
"Gloom and doom had settled over the playground."

No one survived that damp day in April.
Bill Phillips: Hahahahahaha
Greenwich Wheel or the THE EYE?
