This is great - it looks very cold!
Happy Birthday to Helen - and Happy New Year to you!
Bill Phillips: It was actually quite mild grin

Thanks on behalf of Helen and me
What a wonderful, dramatic image!
Bill Phillips: Pleased you approve Ray. Happy new year

This is good, in fact very agreeable

No more fry ups at breakfast time for a while yet then? If you say no I won't believe you..

Happy new year
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much

Actually we seldom have a fried breakfast at home. We do sometimes have a bacon and egg baguette in the evening if we have been out and about and fancy something quick and tasty!

I expect the next breakfast will be with you and certain others!

Alan Rolfe has more fried breakfasts in a month than I have in a year

Happy New Year to you and Angela and the rest of the "tribe", Bill. Have a great day celebrating Helen's birthday. Just forget about a diet, no sugar or alcohol and/or second helpings.... it does wonders.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Astrid . They have all gone home now so we can relax.

You should see the size of my first helpings grin

This is an excellent photograph young Bill. I’m confused with all these b&w images yet it’s not Mondag.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Chad. There is another one tomorrow

Happy New Year, Bill. My diet has started already!
Bill Phillips: I think I will start next week! Happy new year to you and Michael
the stark black and white looks great on this scene, Bill. enjoy with the family.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ayush. Pleased you like it
Enjoy your family get-together, a good start for 2019.This is a good viepoint, has the river overflowed it banks by any chance?
Bill Phillips: We did Brian. I think there is some sort of drainage pipe here and the water has filled the haha
The b/w really makes the fence mysterious. Happy New Year and Happy Birthday to Helen.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Mary. Last year of her thirties!

Another good reason to celebrate; one party after rat other at this time of year. I can recommend a diet of cake, mince pies and Merlot; I usually lose around 2-3kg. Don't get bogged down like this fence.
Bill Phillips: Your diet sounds both tempting and implausible......I suspect you, have left out the 2000k of bike riding from this equation
