very intriguing image

it looks like hand drawn art

i like it
Bill Phillips: Thanks very much Sherri
Definitely a "VARIATION" for this theme, Bill. It reminds me of someone's rough sketch of a drawing they have yet to complete.
Bill Phillips: That's a good description Ginnie

The boat is aptly named; this image stretches all the way from bad, to terrible, to dire. Congratulations!
Bill Phillips: Yes Welsh Pride is ideal
On dirait un dessin, peut-être en est-ce un.

This is again so good and so well done. I just love the twiddle, Bill!!!
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you like it Lady P
Oh well at least we won’t see this sort of stuff again from you ...for ages ....or even ever.
Bill Phillips: Depends on how I feel
It is quite a fote, such cool colours.
Bill Phillips: I rather like the colours Mary
Goodness gracious, what one might call a 'twiddle and a half', actually it is a nice effect although i would prefer it a little darker.
Bill Phillips: Not for me Brian. I wanted the very pale colour
The processing is divine! I, too, love experimenting with editing techniques. I am a fan!
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you like it. Thanks for stopping by

Like an old pen and u=ink drawing then hand coloured with a pastel wash. I especially like the areas around the outboard motors.
Bill Phillips: I like them and the reflection of the house
A good elaboration, even I sometimes enjoy making it, even if it's been a while since I've done it
Bill Phillips: I have used this in photoshop a number of times but not for a while

Variatio delectat!
Bill Phillips: A change is as good as a rest as the Romans might have said"A mutationem in bono quod reliquum est" is Google translates best shot at it and I haven't done Latin since I was about 11 I am in no position to disagree
