Bill Phillips: Good Man!
Le message est clair.
Bill Phillips: and should be heeded Martine grin
Very good badges- you must have been very good at the dentist!!
Bill Phillips: A model patient. Mind you the hygienist at our dentist tells me off if she thinks I haven't been brushing properly

I think I remember these badges from back in the olden days. They would be deemed uncool by today's little angels I'm sure..
Bill Phillips: It was the Seventies but Mr Men are still quite popular I think

Hahah!! Very appropriate; I'm off to the dentist later to have a crown put back in. Ah... Max Bygraves.. I remember that song. Do they still have Uncle Mac on the Light programme on the wireless playing such songs?
Bill Phillips: I thought you had a crown on your head? Still whatever floats your boat I guess

I don't know. I think Ed "Stewpot" Stewart did it for some time but he's been dead a while now
This Mr Men were big when my children were growing up Bill. I used to like listening to the songs of Max.
Bill Phillips: I remember reading them a lot to my children and collecting Mr Men badges from the local petrol station

I once saw Max Bygraves on stage and he was a superb performer
Mr openwidey says trust me you won't feel a thing.
Bill Phillips: My dentist is very gentle grin
You've been a good boy, Bill. Want some candy?
Bill Phillips: What ??? and rot my teeth!!
These are great fun Bill, I bet our Granddaughter would like those, for sure she has read most of the books.
Bill Phillips: I read a fair few to my children. Neither of the boys seem very interested though
Wise words... I wish I had followed them...
Bill Phillips: I have and still have most of my teeth. I also have a very good dentist and hygienist
I had to explain who Max Bygraves was to Ell', ( is he still alive ? ) Strangely, I had been thinking of him the other day, when for some reason that song with the bit about " katzenela bogen by the sea" popped up in my head! Is this the first signs I ask myself? smile
Bill Phillips: gilly gilly ossenfeffer (spelling is a guess)

He died in 2012 at the age of 89
