Terrific processing. The B&W works well in creating a sad mood.
Bill Phillips: It is sad to see a once fine house in this state Beth
The house doesn't look too bad. Just the yard. It's a good one for B&W
Bill Phillips: Looks worse on the other side. See my reply to your Frank

I like your image, Bill.

The house looks good for several more generations of Sapiens...just needs a spot of TLC.
Bill Phillips: It is in a sorry state. See my replies to Frank and Chris
Good photo, Bill. What is a house like this doing derelict?
Bill Phillips: This site was due to be redeveloped. There was talk of it becoming some major sports facility but that seems to have died a death. So the house just sits there gradually dying
You have given this some interesting and agreeable treatment Bill.
Bill Phillips: I am obliged to you Chad

This looks as if it might have once been a rectory, Bill
Bill Phillips: See my reply to Chris. It was possibly a farmhouse.
Oh, what a bit of TLC could do for this surely delightful home, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It needs more than TLC. See my answer to Chris also

Blimey this'd be snapped up for a couple of million in Bath
Bill Phillips: This site , which is by the police HQ at Hindlip, was I believe destined to become some major sports training facility. I don't know what happened but this house and some outbuildings have been standing empty and quietly falling to bits for some years now.

You have given this house a mysterious look.
Bill Phillips: It must have been a fine house at one time Philine

Great picture. Someone should renovate - errr, not me, someone with money.
Bill Phillips: It would take a lot of money I fear
I like this old house. It looks like it was once a fine home.
Bill Phillips: I would think it was Mary.

No doubt that the site will be cleared and 25 "executive" houses built in its place.
Bill Phillips: I really don't know what is going on here. It is opposite Hindlip Hall which is the West Mercia police HQ. There was some talk of it being the site of a sports excellence centre of some sort but that seems to have died a death so they might as well bung some more houses there
What a shame to see such a fine house fall into disrepair, the building companies seem to do just what they want, in this case nothing!!
Bill Phillips: I have no ides who owns the place or what is the intention. I think I might try and find out
Make a good rest home for old bacon lovers.
Bill Phillips: I'll save you a place
That's a fine looking house to be derelict - what's the story?
Bill Phillips: I really don't know Tom. There was some talk of a sports excellence centre there but that seems tohave died a death. I will have to try and find out
