A seriously loved wheel, it seems, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It is brand new Ray
Great perspective, Bill!
Bill Phillips: THanks Frank. I am assuming this is destined for 82045 which is being built at Bridgnorth

This is insufficient data. Wot's it off of?
Bill Phillips: 82045 as far as I know. It is being built, or at least assembled at Bridgnorth.

This has been some restoration, Bill
Bill Phillips: It is being built from scratch Lisl A Class 3 Prairie Tank that never got built in 1956
Why were you hiding?
Bill Phillips: I had heard Mick Shaw was there
Thank a teacher that you know this is a wheel.
Bill Phillips: I thank a teacher that I can read your comment
A wheely good shot, Bill...Did I really say that...
Bill Phillips: You spoke as you found Frank
Great POV to see the fellows hanging out and the sloppy painting.

A serious technical discussion of the merits of 2-4-2 versus 2-3-3. And no those aren't football formations ;o)
Bill Phillips: I have never seen a locomotive with a 2-3-3 wheel would fall over grin
What a good idea for a shot, was this the SVR?
Bill Phillips: It was indeed. I think these are destined to go on 82045 a class 3 prairie tank of which none survived which is being built, or at least assembled at Bridgnorth.
Not just a wheel, a magnificently maintained wheel, just a little unsteady when it came to wielding the paint brush.
Bill Phillips: It is a new wheel

That a wheely clever image. Paintwork is a bit sloppy, though wink
Bill Phillips: Perhaps they ran out of masking tape. Anyway you wont see this bit once it is assembled
A fine bit of British engineering!
