Bill Phillips: It us indeed Ray. I love them!
Buddy and me are happy to let you use the title of our pieces for your series.
Bill Phillips: You will note though that my series is much shorter than yours

My big hydrangea on the balcony is still in a better state - but I like your photo!
Bill Phillips: Mine seems to be in suspended animation now
The rich shades are still there for a while.
Bill Phillips: They linger indeed Mary.

Oh very artistic. The little water droplets add to it. Buddy Holly was my elder brother's "hero".
Bill Phillips: I was introduced to Buddy holly in about 1961 by a friend who had an older brother. He is still one of my favourites and I wonder how his career would have developed had he lived
A lovely picture of the dying flower. Buddy Holly was one of my favourites back then, I have only ever done a cabaret spot twice in my life and one song I sung was his 'True Love Ways', very much my favourite of his. (The other song I sung was by Cliff!!!!!)
Bill Phillips: True love ways is not an easy song to sing. I can do travellin' light as it is a classic three chord song on the guitar!
