Flamenco's are so pretty and this is a big crowd. Wonderful colours and I love the small puddles of water with the reflection.
Bill Phillips: I liked the little pools of flamingo paint
Don't tell me you're going all flamboyant on us, Bill? HA! I love it.
Bill Phillips: No i am far too boring Ginnie
Nice to get one with the wings open. They're great aren't they.
Bill Phillips: amazing creatures Mary
What a dreadful song Bill.
Bill Phillips: I used to like Manfred Man and have a CD of their greatest hits....admittedly I never play it
I like how you caught him stretching Bill
Bill Phillips: That was pure luck Janet

Flamenco's/Flamingo's - both spectacular and great dancers. Loved the song - even if only for old time's sake.
Bill Phillips: I used to like Manfred Mann. In their day they were very good
Nice shot, Bill, good tune as well.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Frank. I have a CD of Manfred Mann's greatest hits...mind you I haven't played it in a long time
They really are the most unusual of creatures aren't they. I remember seeing Manfred Mann in their early days and also saw Paul Jones soloing at the Marquee Jazz Club in Soho around about the same time, always a group worth listening to.
Bill Phillips: They were good Brian. Paul jones is still going strong I believe

I can't recall seeing one before with its wings splayed out; I never realised that they had black trailing edges; very attractive. I wonder why they have such skinny legs?
Bill Phillips: Perhaps it makes it easier when they are walking in the water
