It's great traveling with you. Unison could use this photo on a brochure. Nicely done.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Beth.
Make a statement!
Bill Phillips: They seem to be saying.. we are big
I remember seeing this, I think I stayed across the road.
Bill Phillips: Close enough Frank

Good to see members's dues being used for essential services only.
Bill Phillips: Indeed. No flashy offices for them

  • 23 Jul 2018, 07:29 Of course I am ignorerend what this name resembles, now I know, Bill.
And I have to say that the biggest Dutch union just lost more than half of there members, they just die. They are now in need of money (??) however when my company was taken over, the union rented those headquarters next to a major highway.
(Mediq was my company)
Bill Phillips: Unions have very little power now. Sadly when they did they didn't use it wisely. Now working people can be treated badly by employers with little hope of any help

Seems to be some union head office, by the comments of the English blokes. Maybe they could us the picture in a brochure.
Bill Phillips: It is our second largest union whose members work in the public sector . There leader is a chap called Dave Prentis who is a close supporter of Jeremy Corbyn
A truly optimistic name for an organisation.
Bill Phillips: Well they are a combination of about three previous unions
Taking up on Martin's comment I always feel their name doesn't seem to fit in with the way they try and screw up society from time to time!
Bill Phillips: They should leave that to the government who are experts at it
