Yes I can, Bill...it is the common or cafe Devonshire Tea Mantis...most noticeable for its propensity to lurk in the clotted cream.

Alan can surely verify my identification...

Devonshire Tea Mantis - is that some kind of a prawn? Looks like it has been dug out from the seaweed.

I thought it was strange looking creature, too. No doubt adding something like this to it put another fiver on the price. It's bit like chefs who like to "drizzle " something over food; £20 extra than a guy who just chucks a bit of sauce on the side of the plate.
