You really cannot beat a good black knob in a composition
Bill Phillips: Especially in one as dreadful as this
Is that another way of saying you're hobnobbing, Bill??? grin
Bill Phillips: I was thinking of bedknobs and broomsticks

Sometimes I don't know what to say, Bill
Bill Phillips: Best not to say anything then Lisl grin
I do Elizabeth, but it's a family site.

It seems more attractive than would be the case if the colours were switched, Bill.
Bill Phillips: About all you can say in its favour Ray

and black gutteridge! I like the knobs on the fence fitting into your palms.
Bill Phillips: A decent bit of gutteridge Philine
Brilliant capture of some fine gutteridge Bill.
Bill Phillips: Pity about the rest of it
And grey grids Bill...
Bill Phillips: Indeed Richard

New builds or renovation? either way, I like the colour and type of brick. Some interesting angles here.
Bill Phillips: Both I think...I can't remember
So they are and crooked too.
Bill Phillips: They weren't before I had a mess with them
Two out of three in the title, what about the converging verticals. Nice colour tones in this actually.
Bill Phillips: The brich colour is about the only thing in this picture that isn't awful Brian

and a gutter or two, for the well known connoisseur.

So we thought we can take on England with three of our batsmen out of form. And now our strike bowler is out ... How many tests? Four? The score would be 4-0 - since England already has one - you can work out, who's who.
Bill Phillips: Our batting has been fragile but we have some decent bowlers. For a supposedly part time bowler Moeen Ali seems to keep taking wickets

I like Mick's reply
Bill Phillips: His comment or my reply?
Good perspectives... I feel dizzy...
