clent view 2
Another Clent picture. Not really twiddled just adjusted a little to lighten a few dark bits and darken a few light bits.

This would make a smashing cover image for a magazine, book, etc.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Red Pen, I see what you mean.
The (nice) colors suggest early spring, but surely it is a little late for that?
Bill Phillips: Well spotted Martin. This was taken at the beginning of April
Gorgeous Bill. I would imagine you client will be delighted with this one!!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Martie.
You just couldn't help your self could you Bill!!
A twiddle here and there Nice shot BTW. Enjoy your weekend.
Bill Phillips: This isn't really twiddling Tracy. This is mere adjustment to the levels to bring out a bit more detail. Twiddling is changing the image to what it isn't! Have a nice weekend yourself...looks like rain on Saturday though. I'm at Clent Saturday and Sunday!
LOL about twiddling, Bill. You've got the definition down pat!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ginnie. If I had really twiddled with this.....
Aother very agreeable picture of the Baconbuttie Hills Bill
Bill Phillips: Ah you are still with us then? Does this mean you have posted a picture?
This is a very bold composition Bill with so much sky. I'm still debating whether I think it works - I never could make up my mind!
Ingrid
Bill Phillips: I like big sky pictures. This one has the horizon 1/3 up the picture as did the one of the river Severn in Worcester I posted on 4th April. That was in Landscape format so perhaps the portrait format emphasizes the sky more?
'Not twiddled, just adjusted'...I like that Bill, you should have been a politician! Great view here and I like the orientation of the frame.
Bill Phillips: I refer you to the reply I gave to Tracy "This is mere adjustment to the levels to bring out a bit more detail. Twiddling is changing the image to what it isn't!" A clear distinction. I was once a member of the SDP which shows what I know about politics
Beautiful shot Bill. I really like the arch formed by the clouds!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Richard...I rather like the arch too
I like that big sky Bill. Lovely colours.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Aussie. Pleased you like it
Great clouds, love the view, I think it is good as it is.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Astrid. Hope you are having a good vacation
Big country. richard
Bill Phillips: Where a man has to do what a man has to do.....It's behind the cafe door on the left
Wonderful colours against the cloudy sky.
A really nice composition
Bill Phillips: Thanks very much.
Great landscape, good contrast.
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much.
great view Bill and capture of it, the great British country side,,,you just can not beat it
Nice to see a portrait format landscape Bill, they don't all have to be the other way round. Were off to Renishaw Hall near Sheffield tomorrow, and Stoke Bruerne for a canal trip on Sunday, but I don't think the weather will be like this early April weather you got here.
Twiddled or not - great landscape. It looks like new green over there.
