I'm sure your hero MicK Shaw would approve of this. I like your presentation.

Don’t young people form groups anymore?
Bill Phillips: Yes they do but they don't usually play at golden wedding anniversary dos
You did well with this Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Michael
Good shot Bill, I'd have been tempted to crop this to the three in the middle.
Bill Phillips: I was similarly tempted, but, it was taken from some distance and heavily cropped at ISO3200 it starts to lose it a bit!

I have read Frank's comment. Seeing that the lighting is arranged to spotlight the middle three, you have a much better result this way, than cropping to the 3. Your use of light is excellent, with a very pleasing overall effect.
Bill Phillips: I did think of cropping it more but went for this in the end. I am pleased you like it!
Good shaot, Bill. Where is the music?
Bill Phillips: I couldn't find any on you tube! They were very good though playing stuff from the 50s and 60s at a golden wedding party we went to recently
That's a good image Bill, not yoru usual sort of subject.
Bill Phillips: Indeed it isn't Brian
Urgently about their business.
Bill Phillips: They were actually very good Tom

love, love this sepia version of the band

it's timeless
Bill Phillips: Thank you! It is not something I have done very often and usually the results are dire
