Wow! I'm loving this one, Bill. As Sherri says the hues are fantastic. I would frame this one and present it to Chris.
Bill Phillips: Well I could do I suppose

No, he does not look pompous enough to be Captured. Mainwaring. The colouring makes him more like a Desert Rat.
Bill Phillips: Well being a desert rat is appropriate I suppose

A very good portrait of a very thoughtful looking Chris! (Chad (yesterday) has experienced the negative sides of military service - esp. in North- Ireland- therefore he has less respect for wearing those things.)
Bill Phillips: I think you may be right about Chad Philine.
This is a very good portrait Bill, I would say that even if I didn't know the sitter, at least he didn't have 'that shirt' on!
Bill Phillips: He was restrained in his sartorial presentation on this occasion Brian
Your portraits are fantastic.
Bill Phillips: That is very kind of you to say so Mary
Of the Anonymous Regiment, I see smile
Bill Phillips: The first Somerset foot in mouth regiment
Stupid boy !
Bill Phillips: Form a ring of steel around the officer!
