Twiddle 4
This is just the sort of picture I enjoy taking. Choccie box landscapes. This is the river Severn at Arley.
By the way it is my daughter Helen's 30th birthday today....I find it hard to believe. We are all going out for lunch today which will be nice.

Happy New Year to you and your and family
Bill Phillips: Thanks Aussie, hope 2010 is a good one!
My sort of image, too, Bill. Nothing wrong with a chocolate box; at least you can eat the contents. The anglers give this some scale.
Bill Phillips: I think I have eated too much chocolate this Christmas!
Lovely Bill. I really like how you've framed it so the fiver leads into it. Very nice!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Dawn.
nice viewing too mate!

Bill Phillips: Cheers Rob

Yes, and it is fine to start the new year with such choccie nox pictures -English green does so well to my/our eyes and heart- I saw the Severn and the impressive Severn bridge in Bristol- it is a beautiful river and I very like your pic- let's follow the river and it shall be a good year- we all are so full of hopes - a Happy New Year to you and all your dears- and Happy Birthday to Helen, your daughter...!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Philine. The Severn goes through some lovely countryside.
Great twiddle. Let the blessing of a 30 year old daughter be the sign of a brilliant 2010.
Enjoy. My youngest is leaving tomorrow for a career in horses, so we will have a good-bye dinner this evening.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Louis. Good luck to your daughter in her career.
This is so peaceful, Bill. May it be symbolic of your year to come! Happy celebrations today with your daughter and family. My dad's birthday would be tomorrow if he were still alive.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Ginnie. Birthdays always remind us of loved ones we have lost.
A nice one!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Paul!
The right way to start a new year is doing what you like to do best - for you that's taking chocolate box pictures. Very nice.
Happy birthday to Helen as well, and hope you have a good lunch.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Sheila...if it is as good as the last time we went it will be a very good lunch
