A grey day at the beach...
Bill Phillips: Actually it was brilliant sunshine....who said the camera never lies
Jolie photo, j'imagine la couleur de l'eau.
Bill Phillips: Actually, despite the blue sky it was brown!
You can feel the drama, Bill.

This is really good Bill. I can’t put my finger on it but I like it.
Bill Phillips: You could touch the screen that would work
Wow, it looks like an old picture. Did you do anaything to make it look older?
Bill Phillips: It was processed using Silver Efex Pro one of the Nik group of plug ins.

a rough, wild sea - I love it!
Bill Phillips: I love the sound of it too
The graininess was added later, I am assuming.
Bill Phillips: I have my own grain silo Mary

Interesting to read that it was a sunny day. Now it looks like a U-boat can pop up any moment.
Bill Phillips: It was glorious, if a little breezy
I guess the strong breeze kept people off any nearby beaches but it did make a good picture with all the ripples etc.in the sea.
Bill Phillips: There were a few on the beach but most, like us, stuck to the path
It could very well be a vintage post card, Bill.
Bill Phillips: From about 1918!

Wild waves ....
Bill Phillips: wild waves back to you to comrade.
Is that a WWII look out post on top of the cliff, or a bird watchers hide?
Bill Phillips: I haven't got a clue sheila, but in the context of this picture it looks like a wartime installation
