In this image they look benign, Bill...is this a clever ruse?

I wonder what sort of breakfast they serve up in this strange city?

The book sale might be a trifle soggy today..
Bill Phillips: No bacon butties. So a worthless place

It was but we were inside and at a different venue where they did nice bacon butties.....as featured on facebook today on the Droitwich Lions page

The future London in 30 years! Good wishes for the book sale!
Bill Phillips: You could be right Philine ! Despite the rain and the fact that we had to use a different venue we did OK
The Tifflets (and Chadlets, and Bill-ets) decided that Space was preferable to Bath and Droitwich but soon returned to England, they just couldn't cope with all those toadstools, arches and domes.
Bill Phillips: The real problem was the non availability of bacon butties Sheila
Another fine image to finish the series.
Bill Phillips: Quality all the way Brian
I think you need a rest.
Bill Phillips: I do

I'm sure that some city planners back in the 1970s and 80s thought that most cities would look like this now. Mind you, I can the BT Tower and what appears to be the "Gherkin". Oh, and the Millennium Bridge.
Bill Phillips: They weren't that far out.

You look like you're in charge!
Good luck at the book sale!
Bill Phillips: The weather was awful but we did OK!
I love SF art...
Bill Phillips: I scanned the background pictures from an old Sci Fi book we were given for our book sale some years ago
