... PLEASE.

Great find - and a great song.
Bill Phillips: Always liked Cat Stevens or Yusuf Islam as he is now known. This album is a particular favourite
Yes it does, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Preaching to the converted or reminding them of what their religions supposedly stand for?

This is actually very well done and I love the lettering. I really can appreciate a good graffiti.
Bill Phillips: It is well executed Astrid

I like those Devil's Tails on the letters, Bill.
Bill Phillips: I hadn't thought of them as that Ray
Oh, wow, Bill. Indeed so. "Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me."
Bill Phillips: If Trumpy and kim the haircut become chums then the world will be safe.....yeah right

These are excentric letters - yeas, I can read PEACE and all the other signs. “Peace on earth and goodwill to all men (and women)".
Bill Phillips: It is a perhaps a reminder to all these faiths to practice what they preach Philine
Rather well done - apart from the attempts of others to decorate it!
Bill Phillips: Graffiti on graffiti Tom
I will just be happy when my knee is at peace.
Bill Phillips: I sincerely hope that will be soon Michael
Ha ha. The bollard looks like a lighthouse. I so loved that album.
Bill Phillips: That is what I thought and felt it was appropriate somehow. I have the album on vinyl and CD

Yes, "peace", with some of the world religions mentioned in the letters. Fltr:
Christian cross
Sikh Khanda
David's star
Islam star and crescent and
Hindu Om

I must say the exact message eludes me. Sikhs and Hindus are almost pacifist by their doctrine, although sometimes attacked by others. Think how the British soldiers attacked Hindu's and what Ghandi's pacifist reaction was. In short I would like to understand why these specific religions got mentioned in this peace report on the wall.
Bill Phillips: There are all these religions in slough so perhaps it is a reminder for them to practice what they preach

It's quite artistic but a shame that idiots think that they could improve it with their own marks.
Bill Phillips: Graffiti on graffiti has a certain irony
I know it's well done but I still can't bear seeing graffiti on walls etc.
Bill Phillips: I have mixed feelings Brian but often it enhances some very deprived areas
A fine sentiment, lovingly rendered...
Bill Phillips: I agree Larry
You have added two art forms in a single image.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Claudio
