I think B&W is a great choice for this - really brings out the repetitive lines / patterns!
Bill Phillips: It isn't very exciting at all in colour E

He slept there on his way home?
Bill Phillips: No you daft sod. He karked it and then they stuck him in a tomb with a heavy lid just in case he wasn't quite dead
Good b/w, Bill. As Ell' says it works well.
Bill Phillips: It looks so much better than it does in colour Frank

Have you a picture of King John's Effigy for us, too, Bill?
Bill Phillips: I have somewhere but I think I have posted it before
It's hard to know where to start, Bill, like with the floor pattern or kneelers....
Bill Phillips: Start with the kneelers Ginnie...you know you love them best grin

I remember adoring this place when I first visited. Not everywhere has a buried head of state!
Bill Phillips: Even one as awful as old John

I like this in B.& W., sometimes I think such places come over better thatw ya. It si a fien building and you were lucky not to have crowds of visitors about.
Bill Phillips: I like b&w pics of churches. I took this when Ginnie and Astrid were hera a few years back
Excellent lines shown and b/w suits it well.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Mary. The colour version is not very exciting
