That phrase will forever remind me of Norman Lamont

What a thought..
Bill Phillips: Thank you for that info. I was trying to remember who coined it first. Even by the standards of economically illiterate chancellors Lamont stands out as the most inept

Yes, the spring will come - a very fine image!

No one laments Lamont
Bill Phillips: He was a complete disaster
Our Snowdrops are now through and lots of other things in our (Maureens) garden are looking good for a few months time, including the wretched lawn!
Bill Phillips: Ours too and the daffs are coming out and the hyacinths
Little bits of frost but warm enough for green shoots. Spring has sprung.
Bill Phillips: Yes the snowdrops, crocuses and daffs are coming out and the days are getting a bit longer
I see the hope of new beginnings in this image.
Bill Phillips: It is great to see the cycle starting again
Easier to manage in Nature than in the economy!
Bill Phillips: As successive chancellors have found out
very nice treatment Bill... but like your framing this is just a dream for me for a few more monthssmile....petersmile
Up they go...

They will!
I like the idea of the sticker to isolate the colors in the center, reinforces the image
