MGB

But not just any MGB. This was the last MGB made for the motor show. In 1980 it made its appearence and was one of the last ever MGBs. By the end of 1980 the MG factory at Abingdon had been closed.

is this some kind of a classic car rally, Bill? she is a good looking vehicle.
Bill Phillips: It was at a Fete at A local village. They had a few classic cars on show. I got talking to the owner of this one and promised him I would put a picture of it on our Lions club website!
Certainly a good looking vehicle!
Bill Phillips: A classic English sports car. Looked good but awful to drive and unreliable

Believe it or not, Bill...there are two MG distributorships operating in Surin city, and there are getting quite a few vehicles on the roads in this Province. Mind you, the new MG-badged vehicles look rather bland.
Bill Phillips: Chinese made. They sell them here and I would imaging MG fans cringe at the sight of them

Iconic British thing wasn't it. Although by today's standards it is dated, dangerous and, no doubt, underpowered. The red colour is nice
Bill Phillips: My brother had an MGB. Dreadful car

Elle a beaucoup de classe.
Bill Phillips: It is a classic British sports car Martine
As you said to E they were great looking cars, like this one is, but not the best driving and reliability wise. BTW Alan's 'secret mission' is as you suspect, he told me about it in an email yesterday, but my lips are sealed.
Bill Phillips: My brother had one. I was never very keen. He had a midget too
A noise and uncomfortable ride
Bill Phillips: Bloody awful car
