Glorious, Bill; the perfect time to go to the beach. Got your bucket and spade ready?
Bill Phillips: I was tempted to have a paddle

This is a fine sandy beach - I love the morning atmosphere.
Bill Phillips: Exmouth has a fine beach which is about 2 miles long although only the part furthest away from the Estuary is safe for swimming in the sea
Hey Bill this is great, the light superb and that figure on the sand. The sea looks very very calm too.
Bill Phillips: There was little or no wind all was quiet and peaceful. Even I could get a decent picture

Hasnt it been gloriously! It is a lovely beach and I have enjoyed a few out of season visits there.
Bill Phillips: I still like Exmouth but I suspect there is going to be a lot of development there. The docks have long since gone but as yet the sea front is still recognisable
My favorite time to be on a beach - to see what the tide brought in.
Bill Phillips: You would like it about a mile or so further on Mary
Good light on this shot Bill, although I can almost sense a chill in the air.
Bill Phillips: It was fresh but there was still some warmth in the sun Brian

Old Midas was here. Lovely how the sea turns a dark blue in this light.
Bill Phillips: He was for sure and I agree about the sea
A brave shot into the sun, Bill - which turned out very well!
Bill Phillips: I took a lot and crossed my fingers!

Just beckoning for a walk to be taken.
Bill Phillips: We spent most of the day just wandering around
love the subtle tones Bill... and you captured our star very well....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Thanks very much Peter smile
Great long shadows...
Bill Phillips: THe lovely thing about this time of year. The sun never gets more than about 20 degrees above the horizon
