Stations and trains don't really light me up, but I do like the perspective in this and yes, the iron work is rather beautiful

It's so good that it has not been "improved" - if it is not broken, don't fix it.

Indeed some fine ironwork. There is some fine ironwork on Loughborough station, fortunately when they refurbished the station about two years ago it wasn't done away with.
