What a wonderful treatment to this picture. Finally I saw things like this with my own eyes... Love the dreamy feeling of this picture.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Lady P. Pleased you got to see what we take for granted smile
Ha! I nice play on Ginnie's theme!
I like your treatment on this - nice work!
Bill Phillips: Shame the cars were there
Astrid is right...we saw lots of beached boats while in Cornwall last week. How old-timey this feels!
Bill Phillips: That was the idea but the cars rather spoil the effect

a fascinating, atmospheric image - I love the mist.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Philine. I have to confess the mist is fake

An unusual treatment. Or is it just mucky fingerprints on the lens? camera optics have never been better yet we still hanker for the olde-world feel to images at times.
Bill Phillips: True, look at all the instagram pictures that look as if they were taken with a camera that came out of a box of cereal

The Droitwich slide. Likey.
Bill Phillips: Hahaha we are a long way from the sea, it would have to be a very long slide
This is really very good Bill, a fine composition. I would prefer not to have the soft focus though. It would be great to see this in its original state.
Bill Phillips: Well i might let you sometime
A fine spot to photograph but I'm not quite sure about the strength of the soft focus, perhaps slightly less.
Bill Phillips: I thought I would pile on the fog grin
My! You,ve done a great job on this, Bill. So beautiful!
Bill Phillips: There is even a seagull
such a soft image in the fog Bill... low tide almost dry dock....petersmile
If it was not for the cars it could be 19th century!
