...and we all know how the graduates.. One is pointing out 'Point and Shoot' photography... another has a masterclass about 'how to treat a Ratty well'... and the third one can tell you all about pilgrimage....

It is a fine image, Bill.

3/4 of The Stooges seem to be casing the joint...perhaps with a view to taking it over when Brexit drives it to the brink.
Bill Phillips: I suspect it will survive whatever dumb things the rest of us do
In the end, Graduates of Life are what we all want to be, when you come down to it. HA! Gotta love how you guys get together like this!
Bill Phillips: Trouble is by the time you have worked out what life is all about nobody takes any notice of you

I think these rumpled old people have been well & truly put out to grass
Bill Phillips: Not before time
We could teach them a thing or two Bill.
Bill Phillips: Happily they will not take any notice and make the same mistakes

They appear to be wearing uniform. I hope its not compulsory when we meet up for breakfast? I like to visit universities.; they look good on my CV especially Stanford and Harvard.
Bill Phillips: Fear not Alan I do not possess one of these shapeless jackets...i am shapeless enough already

Each should take a good book with him and read a page or two. They can then claim they read Literature/History or whatever is applicable, at Cambridge.

Looking at the skies, it must be dark days when this troupe visit the hallowed paths.
Bill Phillips: Good idea

The intellectual gods were probably enraged
I like this shot apart from seeing the three learned gentleman gracing the quadrangle of this very fine building.
Bill Phillips: They are nicely positioned and are an odd number (appropriate even without compositional considerations) There is also a second group of three in the distance.
i think graduates have a lesson or two up their sleeve, Bill. fine treatment.
Bill Phillips: The only thing up their sleeves is their arms Ayush grin
