Cambridge 2

You might think Cambridge was true blue Tory. Actually it was won by Labour in 2015 with the Lib Dems a close second and the Tories a distant third.

In the referendum it voted remain.

Jolie désaturation. Ce bleu est très beau.
Bill Phillips: A very rich blue indeed Martine

Was Alan visiting Cambridge, too?
Bill Phillips: Not as far as we knew

Cambridge is an open-minded science city with many international contacts, esp. to the continent!
Bill Phillips: Very true Philine. If only the rest of the country had been the same

This doesn't surprise me. Champagne socialist Dons, naive students etc are a good recipe for a Labour victory. This picture is rather nice
Bill Phillips: I prefer Philine's reasoning

I am enjoying the blue against the greys, Bill

I assume it is RichardT's bike, he was born in Cambridge and loves Cambridge. Alan might prefer other cities won by the sheep ...
Bill Phillips: Richard actually pointed out a place where he lived as we were travelling in on the bus from the park and ride
But ready to get on the bike and leave...Nicely done Bill!
Bill Phillips: Haha Well we all have no choice now Richard
That does surprise me Bill, not the referendum result but that Labour should win.
Bill Phillips: It was won from the Lib Dems. Clearly the Tories are not popular in Cambridge
I prefer Tiffo's reasoning.
Bill Phillips: Fools seldom differ
I like the blue door shot. Amazing what you can do, eh.
Bill Phillips: Amazing what Adobe software can do

In Cambridge, that would be a proffesorial chariot.
Bill Phillips: Very probably Louis
A fine shot the way you have processed it. I am reminded of the first time I took my driving test in Cambridge at 9.00am.when every single grad was busy cycling to college, I failed through not giving them a wide enough berth but passed the second time at 9.45am.! Oh and both our kids were born in Cambridge.
Bill Phillips: I didn't know both your kids were born in Cambridge Brian

Good for Cambridge!! It's such a shame that now the university is going to lose out on European funding for science projects.
Bill Phillips: Sadly that won't bother the Brexiteers

I've only eve had one visit to Cambridge; that was on some BT eve=vent that seemed like good idea at time time but turned out to be completely pointless. I'm pleased to see that cycled there; well done.
Bill Phillips: Thousands of the bloody things and more punts than you could count
These academics tend to be left of centre. Yet never short of a bob .
Bill Phillips: Don't tell my daughter and son in law that!
Judging by the map of the results, it was a haven of commonsense in a desert of idiocy! Nice bit of treatment, there, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Yes a tiny patch of red in a sea of blue
That blue door really stands out...
Bill Phillips: blue as the bluest thing in blue land Larry
Nice use of selective color.
I love the selective coloring, Bill - the blue is very rich!
Bill Phillips: It is a fine shade of blue E
