I think I met Harold some weeks ago - a very nice, typically English picture!
Bill Phillips: You did indeed Philine. It is very English
You know Bill, untwiddling is a Great Leap Forward in quality.
Bill Phillips: I think this is far better than the previous version which was overdone

This is also a real nice choccie box picture and the fact that I walked here makes it even more special.
Bill Phillips: You did indeed and hopefully will walk here again
I always love and appreciate untwiddled.
Bill Phillips: There is twiddling and there is twiddling Mary. This isn't totally untwiddled as it is a deliberately underexposed picture from a set of 5 bracketed ones. So it has had some adjustment but hasn't been cooked in Photomatix or anything like that

A splendid scene it is, too - despite the H&S safety notice ("Caution: Water may be wet").
Bill Phillips: Water may be salty.....
Altogether a nice canal scene Bill, topped of by the little church tower on the skyline.
Bill Phillips: I hope I get the chance to show you in person Brian

A lovely image Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Anne. The restoration of the canal in Droitwich is the best thing the town has ever done
Harold had an eye for danger - Hm.
Bill Phillips: It's the way you tell 'em Martin grin
Untwiddled is nice too...
Bill Phillips: Thanks Larry
It's very nice this way also, Bill!
Bill Phillips: I prefer this version if I am honest E
