So we, finally, leave the church and head off for lunch at a new venue ...Tiff and Chad please note it may be on the itinery if you ever set foot in Droiters again 

 

 

and yes we did leave an offering .....well Ange did

The stained glas looks very Victorian
Later this week or next week or sometime before Christmas I will show you some Medieval windows from Long Melford Church in Suffolk ..following on from our trip to Lavenham ( this weeks postings)

Nice of you to leave an offering. I hope the new venue was worth leaving John the Baptist.

Suggestion for tomorrow's picture. As you lay down for your afternoon nap, take a picture of your toes. Even Chad will think it is artful.

Is a panini a posh name for a bacon sandwich?
Bill Phillips: They do a bacon one which is not bad. The cheese and ham is good too
I've really enjoyed this series Bill, you've done this fine church very proud, especially with this fine ending, what a lovely window.
