Certain hues certainly
Bill Phillips: are you certain?
The colour looks pretty sickly Bill, give me the black one.
Bill Phillips: I prefer the black one too.

I prefer the wine cellar
Bill Phillips: Don't we all?
I like this one best with the warm glow
Bill Phillips: Thanks Janet
I like the richness of the colour but would let more light into the camera.
Bill Phillips: This started off as 5 bracketed pictures but I didn't like the result so went for dark grin

Thanks for giving us the chance to see this in colour. The colour version has more detail that was not visible in the B&W especially in the LH far corner. Now if you could get that level of detail in the B&W version that I would prefer that one.
Bill Phillips: It is interesting that you can see more detail in the colour version

I like the B&W one the best Bill, but this gives more detail which you can then fill in when you go back to the other one
Bill Phillips: Interesting Anne. I can see as much detail in the b&w
you've made the most of some unhelpful lighting condition, Bill. i like this a lot.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Ayush.
The colours in this one remind me of the rich hues you find in a old masters oil paintings.
Bill Phillips: I can see what you mean Beverly
Definitely prefer the monochrome one Bill. This is one of those shots where I would have moved the stuff on the table if nobody in authority was about and then replaced it after i'd taken the photo.
Bill Phillips: I would have cloned them out but I couldn't be bothered grin
