Feeling a little nostalgic today, Bill?
Bill Phillips: I got it out to play and thought it deserved a photograph Ray
I saw the piano he composed this on, in Phoenix of all places....A strange feeling looking on it.

A good album, one with nostalgic resonances for me

Bill Phillips: Strange to thin it is nearly 35 years since he died. What would he have been like now at the age of 75?
I have a live version of this song that just floors me ever time.

I wasn't a great Lennon fan but this one is such a brilliant song in all ways. Back in the 80's a guy in the theatre group I was in done this as a cabaret turn, he was so good even all the cast used to stand in the wings to watch and listen to him.

Be careful Billiam. You seem to be able to think people into thinking superficial thoughts and comments about the most mediocre elements of John Lennon.
Bill Phillips: What a strange comment comrade. This is a photograph of an album that many of us of a certain age own. It has his best remembered song on it. End of story really. How people react to it is their concern. I have done nothing to influence them
i like the black and White approach to this image. draws in the attention to the right places i.m.o.
