Well, I've learned something new!
Bill Phillips: One day you will have to come with Frank and see it for real
this one shows how crooked the buildings on High Street are much better than the one that i posted a few months ago... good job mate....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Thanks Peter. You will know this is genuine and not twiddled!
Quite impressive askew lines Bill!
Bill Phillips: It is amazing that it is all still standing Richard

Oh, I recall this special, wobbly street you captured very well! No sausages or bacon butties?
Bill Phillips: Funnily enough there is a new butcher's shop opening selling their own home made sausages made from local pork from their rare breeds farm....I will report when I have tried them!

..and the same will probably happen when we start fracking in ernest. I bet all the fat is at one end of the chip fryer.
Bill Phillips: I imagine you are campaigning in favour of intensive fracking around Scumsville
I like the way they just repaired the street to make this look so natural Bill.
Bill Phillips: You do realise that these are only the façades? There is none of the original building behind. They built complete new shops. Well otherwise all the floors would be uneven and that would be a health and safety issue

Not twiddled - hmmm. I detect a tweak in the lighting?

I bet the surveyors have a field day writing reports whenever one of these is put up for sale!
Bill Phillips: Not twiddled in the sense of the subject matter. Yes the lighting has been tweaked .....but that's what Lightroom etc is for.

Amazing! I imagine decorators must find it difficult to plumb a line parallel to the walls
Bill Phillips: You wouldn't want to try and hang striped wallpaper Anne
That would be quite a tourist attraction!
Bill Phillips: It does quite impress visitors Mary
Was that for the fish & chips....?
Bill Phillips: It would have been a lot of chips
You've remarked before about the subsidence because of the brine pumping, this shot shows it very well. I told Maureen of your reply to me yesterday, we are still on target for a visit over your way now she is able to drive more confidently again, I suspect we might find a B.& B.and fit in several places in the area, we don;t have to hurry home any more these days.
Bill Phillips: Good , just make sure you come when we are here!
