A fine sight; they look proud and erect and enjoying the winter sun. I seen Jethro Tull several times.
Bill Phillips: Jethro Tull go on forever. A friend of mine (sadly no longer alive) had a nephew, I think it was, who played in the band. Don't remember his name and I doubt he is still in the line up

Soon these trees will be covered with green leaves. (worth another picture?)
Bill Phillips: I expect we will be in the park on a suitable occasion Lady P
Not the willows I'm used to in Dutchland, Bill. These would be harder to prune, I'm afraid.
Bill Phillips: These are Poplars Ginnie. There is a rather fine Willow in the park

Looks bright and cold - nice picture, Bill
Bill Phillips: It was but pleasant in the sun
Quite striking with this perspective Bill.
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you think so Chad
Are the trees frosty?
Bill Phillips: No it is just how they looked in the light Mary

Always satisfying both as a windbreak and a photo op. They look good against the clear sky.

I still have Stand Up and Aqualung on vinyl.
Bill Phillips: Might be worth a bob or two! I was never really a fan but they were and still are a good band

Great shot with diagonals. I just think that Jethro had real woods (more than 6 trees) in mind smile
Bill Phillips: Haha most woods are not much more than 6 trees these days
A fine shot of them standing tall in the sun Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Janet. They are rather nice
Lovely trees aren't they.
Bill Phillips: They are indeed Brian
Very continental-looking!
Bill Phillips: Continental Worcester......doesn't really work grin
