The song is irrelevant but I just love ZZ Top!

Give them time... you never know what will happen. One day you will surprised.
Great selective colouring.
Bill Phillips: It is a B&W and a colour image combined Lady P.
Quite a devatating rocket Bill! Great treatment here.
Bill Phillips: It was never going to fly Richard
Anything that crashes before take-off is doomed, Bill, but at least it makes for a good image. smile
Bill Phillips: A bit like most of the schemes governments dream up Ginnie

EuroMix is a suitable word considering our present situation. I love the violet sky! A fine twiddle!
Bill Phillips: Hahaha I hadn't thought of that Philine and you are quite right!

I like the paucity of colour here, Bill
Bill Phillips: Paucity. Now that is a fine word I have not heard in a long time Lisl

Rather a strange image with spottings of colour Bill, but I like it.
Bill Phillips: It is a combination of a b&w image with a colour one......

You would have to wonder why, Bill...it looks perfectly spaceworthy from this publicity shot.
Bill Phillips: I think the had it upside down Ray.

It's such a pity this rocket fell to earth.

Look at ZZ Top - nothing but a crowd of old men!
Bill Phillips: They have been going since 1969 and I still love their stuff

It makes me think of the old "flying bedstead" test rigs in the 1950s? (or earlier?) The Isle of Wight was a test base for the Blue Streak rocket engines. and I still chuckle each time I drive up the M1 and see signs to the "National Space Centre". CP1 would be better up the other way, I think.
Bill Phillips: I remember the flying bedstead! Blue Streak was about £300 million down the drain. It took so long to fuel we would have been wiped out before it was launched. If all the money governments have wasted since 1945 had been spent on health and education.....

Crash and Burn - could have been a ZZ Top song! A surreal twiddle.
Bill Phillips: Who knows it might be!

You also have one of thos BWStylers? I am considering, robbing a bank. to get me one.

Salt 1 crashed because it was filled with Euromix. I think.
Bill Phillips: Actually this was done in photoshop. I have got the NIK package which was a good deal from google as a download. Anything prefixed by Euro tends to crash and burn
That looks like an upside down bottle of motor oil. No wonder it would not take off. Perhaps Chad will buy it. I would disclose everything to him though, for instance, that it turns all and everything around it grey.
Bill Phillips: Chadair would welcome this as all their craft are not airworthy. He could take on Sir Richard Branson in the space race.
Destined to remain Earthbound I think. Well done Droitwich for trying
Bill Phillips: Droitwich can be very trying Janet

We have got two of those rocket things just behind the fence, we expect them to take off at any moment
Bill Phillips: Flog them to Chad for his Chadair answer to Branson
It's not moved so how can it crash.ZZ Top are just fine with me.
Bill Phillips: This is Droitwich where anything is possible

Great band
PS, if it does manage to take off can you send your camera with it.
Bill Phillips: I might attach parts of your anatomy to it
I like your interpretive narrative to this one, it 'fires up' the imagination doesn't it.
Bill Phillips: Oh Brian You have launched into the witty stuff today mate

looks like a can of worms, Billiam
Bill Phillips: Take a lot of them to fill it comrade
Now Droitwich - next stop, the stars!
Bill Phillips: A natural progression Tom
