Unlike Richard, I', not going to listen to that song again; I dod still recall it. It would have a good chance in the Eurovision Song Contest as this year's choice, a (thankfully) brief bot heard on the radio this morning. I trust after photographing this that you picked it u and disposed of it properly?
Bill Phillips: I heard the brief bit on the radio and also a brief bit of the video of it on the Television. Last place beckons for a derisible effort. Yes I did (I think)
I am glad having stopped smoking six and a half years ago Bill!
Bill Phillips: Indeed Richard. I stopped 13 years ago and wish I had never started when I think of the money wasted!
When we lived in Cambridgeshire Anglia Television used to feature the Singing Postman quite regularly, I had hoped I would never hear of him again, I refuse to listen to the video otherwise I will be humming that awful song for the rest of the day!!
Bill Phillips: It is one of the worst records ever made Brian.
i like it that Amber Leaf is resting on a leaf as well. unsightly image ( mean the littering part, Bill)
Bill Phillips: I am pleased you saw that Ayush as that was what caught my eye
Such a gentle humour - a long time since I'd heard The Singing Postman - long gone by now, I guess!
Bill Phillips: He died in 2000 penniless and living in a Salvation Army hostel

Bill Phillips: I think I did try this once and it was awful

Well I confess to loving the record.... hmmm!
Agree about the Euro record - why are we pretending to be American when we're representing GB?
Bill Phillips: Well people bought it Penny grin I don't know why we bother with Eurovision
