Dude!

That is more than 4 years ago.
Bill Phillips: We don't get a lot Ray. Might have some next week but won't be surprised if we don't
Lovely winter scene Bill!
Bill Phillips: It does look pretty when it is still fresh and clean

Thank you for showing us what snow looks like.... pfew...
Just kidding. This is a wonderful picture, love the shadows and the sky.
Bill Phillips: It took me a while to find a snow picture Lady P grin
That's exactly like how our snow was in 2010, Bill, so I am seeing how it works: watch England and pay attention! We don't get very much either. (sigh)
Bill Phillips: I think a lot of our weather heads your way Ginnie

I hope it will be snowing - only a bit - I'm longing for a bit of coldness and whiteness. The world looks then purer. For Sunday some snowfall has been forecasted.
Bill Phillips: We might get snow next week. It is certainly going to be cold enough by the sound of the forecast. Snow looks pretty but it causes a lot of disruption!

What a lovely place you live in, Bill
Bill Phillips: I reckon it isn't so bad. There are far worse places grin

Lovely! IO liek very much the composition with the recession of the trees. It's rare, too, that Scumsville gets any. Being closer to the Mediterranean climes we often bask in near triopocal conditions whilst the rest of the country freezes.
Bill Phillips: I remember when I was forced to work staying in Bognor (what a hole) and being told that it never snowed there. Woke up to 6 inches of snow and total traffic chaos

Yes, I was thinking of revisiting some old snow shots, but didn't want to tempt fate. This one was worth it Bill, but I shall still blame you if we have a deluge.
Bill Phillips: Haha Well I revisit sunny pictures as well but it doesn't seem to make any difference

Beautiful Bill! Now I see what I need to do with my B&W... my white needs to be whiter and my black darker smile
Bill Phillips: The aim is to get as full a range of tones from black through to white. Then you start doing your own thing!

If you waited until it melted Bill it would have made a lovely DF image.
Bill Phillips: Well I suppose it would but it would still be untypical
It looks very pretty when it is like this. Your shot is gorgeous.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Mary. We have a very pleasant park which looks good all year round

Bill Phillips: I think we might see some next week Peter

Beautiful - the kind of thing I don't really get to see in real life.

Bill Phillips: I think we might get some on Sunday

A lovely snow scene
Bill Phillips: Thank you Anne, who knows I might get to take some this year yet!
There's probably more on its way this weekend, Bill!
Bill Phillips: We have a yellow warning for snow and ice on Sunday
We had snow on Boxing Day, my son had to drive back from Nuneaton to Shepshed with the family in it, not a pleasant journey at any time, but in snow!!! Anyway this is a rather nice snow picture Bill.
Bill Phillips: Snow is OK if you don't have to travel
