Anyway, Bill, the rain washes all the doggy doo off the pavements...Droitwich could kickstart their tourist push with a slogan like

"You could eat your breakfast off our footpaths!"
Bill Phillips: We have laws against doggy doo on pavements
it's a dark day but your composition is anything but that... well done Bill!
....petersmile
Bill Phillips: It wasn't the nicest day but I just had to get out....Actually I haven't been out much since and now Ange has got the same and we are a right pair of crocks!
It "feels" very gray!
Bill Phillips: It was!

Can you imagine snow here....
It is still dark here too, but in a few hours the sun will brighten the world. Your picture is wonderful and look in the distance, the sun is trying to do a great job....
Bill Phillips: Today here is beautiful sunshine but neither Ange or I are up to enjoying it!
I know and love that place near where you live, Bill. Too bad you missed the snow! I would have been glad to share a few of our flakes with you to brighten things up a bit. smile
Bill Phillips: If it snows in Droitwich the chances are the whole country is covered!

Bill Phillips: I'm past caring comrade grin

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha .

Actually, a very good picture, not quite dark enough though.
Bill Phillips: I lightened it a little for a family audience
I quite like this atmospheric perspective Bill! Well done.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Richard. The canal and this park have been restored very nicely in recent years
This is a wonderful shot of your dry but cloudy town.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Mary. Having the canal and the narrowboats adds a lot to the town
A bit dark lad, but a nice bright Friday today
Bill Phillips: This is the lightened version John grin
What's that chunk of bricky stuff in the foreground? Nice compo, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It is part of the bridge mechanism Tom. There are some pedestrian swing bridges across the canal
We've had a few grey days like this although today has been a lovely blue sky. You could have had some of our snow, we had more than enough. Sorry you've both been unwell, a lot of people round our way are getting the most awful colds at the moment.
Bill Phillips: It has been beautiful here today too. This chest infection has been doing the rounds and it really knocks you for 6!
The tree silhouettes are looking good against the sky. A fine mid winter picture Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Janet
Fantastic shot Bill.. fine reflections
Bill Phillips: Thank you Ronky. Hope you had a good Christmas

Yes, I've have seen from your namesake that it does rain occasionally in Droitwich. The 27th was a glorious day in Yorkshire.
Bill Phillips: It is raining here today too so that's twice in the space of a couple of weeks
i know how you feel Bill... i have had a flue for a week and now Penny has got it... but life goes on....petersmile
Bill Phillips: This bug has really laid me low. Hope you two both feel better soon
gorgeous shot. may have been a grey cold day but the image comes out very nice.
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much Ayush
Dark and gloomy. Does this kind of day affect your mood ever?
Bill Phillips: It does sometimes
