Yes...toddlers seem happiest with the wrapping paper, Bill.

[You can turn this to your advantage...buy Joe a remote control quadcopter...wrap in three layers of bright paper...when he unwraps, discards quadcopter, and begins playing with the paper, you get to play with the toy.]
Bill Phillips: Or perhaps a Fuji XT1 or similar?

''Right ...what next...''

Next year he will be ready for the spectrum of creative play that he will have with the cardboard box that you forgot to send to recycling.
Bill Phillips: At the moment throwing things is the favourite game. He has a good arm and I have hopes of a future fast bowler grin
That is one happy boy...and Grandpa!!! Merry Christmas, Joseph.
Bill Phillips: We are loving every minute Ginnie

Great collage of the 'aftermath' grin.....
You all had a great time with him.
He looks very content and I can tell you ahead of time, you need to be in shape to keep track with him, soon grin.......
Never a dull moment HA.
Bill Phillips: It was lovely Lady P. He has his own version of crawling but it is getting faster!!

Yes, paper is a yearly theme of Christmas- our paper bin is already full- I love to see Joseph crawling/krabbeln around on the carpet - I see that you all were endowed in a rich way!
Bill Phillips: Joseph enjoyed his Christmas dinner, especially the apple sauce

His mug is going to be as famous as Tiffo's at this rate Bill. I trust that shutterchancers junior mascot had a great fun filled day Bill. I hope you insisted that he eats his sprouts?
Bill Phillips: He enjoyed himself and enjoyed his sprouts too
Delightful study, he looks to be having a great time amongst the wrappings.
Bill Phillips: He was Martin!
Amazing pictures!
Have a nice day!

Haaha.. Well you know what to get him for next Christmas then wink I ended up with Red Cross food parcels; people just assume i can't feed myself just because I choose to live on my own.
Bill Phillips: It is a stereotype that men are helpless. We are not!
I expect he had a great time scrunching around in that lot. A lucky boy having you to take all these photos Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Janet. It is great fun pointing a camera at him...at the moment he likes it!

He is crawling about his investigations. Lively tyke, but you should worry about the slipper. Part of investigation is to test for edibility smile I find it beautiful that toddlers just love to tear the wrapping off.
Bill Phillips: He is not a great one for putting things in his mouth. He seems to have worked out what is food and doesn't waste time on inedible items grin
I'm so glad you got to spend the day with Joseph, it will be one you remember for all time. Mind you, our Lauren is 7 and her post presents wrapping paper didn't look much different to this!
Bill Phillips: It was lovely having him here it made Christmas very special
Keep him fascinated by paper - it'll make for cheaper Christmases smile
Bill Phillips: Hahahaha some hope!!
Children and cats- so easy to please! smile Very cute montage!
Bill Phillips: If only they were!
i've yet to meet an infant who is not thrilled by paper, Bill... just any kind, shape and condition of paper.
Bill Phillips: Very true Ayush they are all the same!

Two hours to wrap them all - fifteen minutes to open them - but worth it ;o)
Bill Phillips: Well worth it Mike
