I like those day-for-night tones...
Bill Phillips: Light the night filter in old movies, when it was supposed to be dark but you could see the sun!
Another vanishing-point perspective, which I love, Bill.
Bill Phillips: I know....I thought of you when i took this grin
This works really well in B&W, Bill!
Bill Phillips: It doesn't work in colour E
gobsmacked

....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Well you had better go and sit down then my friend smile

I like the view of the storm-tossed sea wink In such appalling conditions, I'm not surprised to see no-one sat on the beach. The curve of the cloud seems to miorror that of the beach.
Bill Phillips: I will brave any conditions to get the picture Alan

Stop posting good photos will you Bill, I'm sick of it. No boat and no Droitwiching, what sort of Friday do you call that.
Bill Phillips: This is Sidmouth Friday.
A most pleasing angle for this one Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Martin, pleased you like it

The dog will probably try and buy this one from you. Excellent.
Bill Phillips: I am flattered you think so Louis! Enjoy your weekend
Excellent treatment, Bill. Don't think I would attempt to walk this beach in my bare feet, though.
Bill Phillips: The only downside of this delightful place is the stony beach Beverly
Love this tranquil scene and the perspective Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Janet. It's a lovely place
I could do with the sky a tad lighter than this over the next few days, I must remember this is another shot I mustn't crib.
Bill Phillips: Hope you get some decent weather Brian.
House prices have crash here after this series.
Bill Phillips: Now now no need to get grumpy
Almost Murphy-like in character smile
Bill Phillips: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Sorry I thought you said Murphy like
I'm counting the pebbles smile
