you took a lot of time to find just the right place to capture these wonderful old trains in this series Bill... you also did a great job with the treatments....petersmile
Bill Phillips: THanks Peter. Pleased you enjoyed the series

Now Bill.. you surprise me. I would have thought that you should have pressed the shutter before the loco had got to the centre of the image and so avoided that wretched bush.
Bill Phillips: Dreadful isn't it?

Phew! You have gone all "dramatic sky" here, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Chris had a sale from his shed
Wow quite an impressive stormy sky Bill! Did you find a shelter?
Bill Phillips: It didn't rain happily Richard!
I like how you've made these clouds look very angry!
Bill Phillips: You don't mess with an angry cloud grin

A masterful composition, all praise to your software
Bill Phillips: Pity about the huge weed blocking the view. I hope you will invest in the software and enjoy the endless possibilities

Where is the steam? The clouds are steaming enough and with pleasure - a dramatic sky - a choccie box picture we all need in these difficult times worldwide.
Bill Phillips: There was only a little Philine. Looking back life seemed simpler and safer but in reality it wasn't

I think that this is a fine composition Bill but I cannot agree with the treatment. I would love to see this how nature intended.
Bill Phillips: "I don't care if they built none or a thousand Bill, it still looks good to I". was what you commented when you saw the original version. Which was as nature intended and still had that huge weed in the way
That bush is blocking my view Bill, another split second to get passed would of helped.
Bill Phillips: Spot on Michael. I couldn't believe how stupid I was!

''She'll be coming round the corner when she comes''
Bill Phillips: I am starting to worry about you comrade. Is Suffolk good for you?
It often happens that one concentrates so much you miss something like those twigs but it is still a very good photo.
Bill Phillips: It should be in the bin really Brian grin
Great sky, Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Tom....probably the best bit
