photoblog image Professional.

Professional.

She had a stall and some very fine animal pictures on display. If I tried to get down like this they would be sending for the paramedics to get me back up again

Its a fine shot, Bill, and shows her skill at getting a steady shot without having to carry a tripod.
Bill Phillips: I reckon she must do Yoga
Good shot, Bill, if you looked like that,I'd help you up....smile
Bill Phillips: Steady on Frank you know who might be looking!

Me, too, Bill. But clearly she is very serious about what she does!
Bill Phillips: She was but in another picture she is happily smiling!
Great capture Bill. Your twiddle works a treat here!

An arty farty amature with professional intentions

Apart from the reality ... it now seems that you like to take 'snaps' of pretty ladies.
Bill Phillips: She was a professional....well she was flogging pictures and they were pretty good
Will send the paramedics anyhow, did you give her some tips.
Bill Phillips: Only to avoid Shutterchance

It has to be done Bill - but don't worry someone is bound to help. Not.
Bill Phillips: Ange helps me up sometimes grin
another Canon user, Canon seems to be the choice of the professionals Bill
Bill Phillips: I'm an amateur and use a Pentax Ayush grin
She's got the lens for porteiats too.
Bill Phillips: Probably something in the region of 70mm

Looks like she knows what she is doing. So many people shoot from eye level without considering the other options. Having said that, I struggle to get up now, too.
Bill Phillips: The getting down isn't so bad.....
She shows a wonderful technique for getting great shots, Bill, just as you have in capturing this scene. Your treatment really enhances the subject.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Beverly. She looked as if she knew what she was doing
I wonder what she is photographing? I like your twiddle, Bill wink
Bill Phillips: A child Martin
I love pix of photographers in action.
Bill Phillips: Actually so do I Jacquelyn

This is an excellent presentation. You don't have to go down or up, all at once. You may do it in stages.
Bill Phillips: When down it is a good idea to take as many pictures as possible
Down on one knee and I can get up again if there is something handy to push on but like this, I would need the paramedics also!
Bill Phillips: I lay flat on the ground the other day and had to get Ange to help me up
Very fine capture Bill. What was she taking a picture of?
Bill Phillips: A small child Scotia.

I like the way you have framed this Bill
Bill Phillips: Thank you Anne. A bit of a twiddle in Lightroom
You and me both, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Ah well that's life grin
I like how you've isolated her, Bill. Nice job! Frank can help up pretty ladies... chivalry isn't dead... so long as he goes home with me! smile
Bill Phillips: Just hum the old Drifters song at him
